  • If you reach my voicemail, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE! I receive a ridiculous amount of telemarketer calls and can’t always tell if I missed a call from a customer.

  • I will generally be available by phone Monday through Friday, from 10AM to 5PM and Saturday 10AM to 3PM. Voicemails will be responded to within 3 business days.

  • I will generally try to reply to emails/messages within 1 business day.

  • I will not prioritize replying to any emails or voicemails regarding order status if the order has not yet passed the estimated completion date.

  • The studio is located in the White Stag building at 5100 SE Harney Dr. in Porland, OR. I am by appointment only so please contact me before coming by!
